This tournament is pay at the plate. Each team will be responsible for a tbd umpire fee per game. If not paid prior to the game, then your team will forfeit the game. Scores are to be reported within 15 minutes by the winning team.

Championship game will be paid by the tournament host and will be a full untimed game.

Tournament shirts will be offered as pre-order basis only, no onsite orders are available. Registered emails will receive information. If you do not receive an email- two weeks prior to the tournament date- please reach out directly to wwgsl@yahoo.com

Local teams are expected to play Friday, please plan accordingly.

Tournament will follow Rhode Island USA Class rules. Rules can be found here: https://www.usasoftballri.org/rules

If the tournament is canceled for any reason, there may be a reduction in refunds due to expenses from the tournament host prior to the tournament date. Should the tournament start and is not completed the following will apply:

No Games played = Full refund less prepaid tournament expenses
1 game played = 50% Refund
2 games or more games played = no refund

Individual & Team trophies for 1st & 2nd place

All out of state teams must send the official USA Softball Roster & Insurance certificate 30 days before tournament start date.

Payment is due no less than 60 days before the start of tournament.
If teams back out of the tournament inside of 30 days there will be half reimbursement.
If teams back out of the tournament inside of 15 days there will be no reimbursement.
