This tournament is pay at the plate. Each team will be responsible for $70 umpire fee per game. Failure to pay prior to the game will result in forfeit. Championship game will be paid by tournament host

APPONAUG GIRLS SOFTBALL PROUDLY PRESENTS OUR ANNUAL CHARITY TOURNAMENT, THIS WILL BE THE 18TH YEAR WE HAVE HELD IT, OVER THOSE THE PAST 19 YEARS WITH THE HELP OF ALL THE TEAMS, UMPIRES, VOLUNTEERS ALONG WITH THE GENEROSITY OF ELMWOOD SPORTS CENTER. WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RAISE OVER $100,000 DOLLARS FOR LOCAL FAMILIES IN NEED. WE THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND HOPE THAT YOU WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT US THIS YEAR AND FOR MANY MORE YEARS TO COME

Winslow Park is a 6 field complex and home to Apponaug Girl's Softball. Located at 280 Airport Road. In the heart of Warwick R.I. We have a number of host hotels all with 2 miles of our complex. All fields are fenced, with covered dugouts, full concessions, Indoor bathrooms. We will have 2 umpires for all games. This is an USA Invitational. No refund shall be given if a team withdraws within 60 days of the tournament unless a paid replacement team is found.
While we will make every attempt to play each tournament, the weather may prevent an event from being completed or in some cases, even starting. In these cases refunds will be as follows,
- No Games played = Full refund less prepaid tournament expenses
- 1 game started= 50% Refund
- 2 games or more games started = no refund
