A deposit of $250 is expected at registration to hold your spot and the full payment is due prior to March 1, 2019 to confirm your team's registration. Any team not paid in full as of March 1st will be moved to a wait list so other teams can be accepted. No exceptions, I have been burned in the past and had to chase teams for money even after the tournament and will not do this anymore. There will be no refunds after March 1st.
